We are seeking individuals with knowledge of weld components and the welding process, as well as the familiarity of basic hand tools. Who operate equipment safely and implement safe working habits. With the ability to work well in a team and possess good communication skills. Individuals who are able to identify, evaluate, and effectively solve problems all while applying a logical reason- based approach. Must be self motivated, able to work continuously at a fast pace. You must demonstrate a positive attitude toward safety, product quality, product schedule, as well as cost. All individuals must comply with all company policies and procedures.

The Job: We regularly execute massive sanitary tubing and pipe welding projects for major dairy and food processing plants across Idaho and Utah.
The Standard: These facilities require strict adherence to 3A Sanitary Standards. Our welders deliver zero-defect, high-purity welds that pass rigorous inspections every time.
The Impact: We build the critical systems that keep the region's food supply chain moving safely and efficiently.
Complex Valve Cluster Skids & Pump Stands
The Job: Our 32,000 sq ft shop allows us to custom-fabricate large, complex valve cluster skids and pump stands before they ever reach the job site.
The Standard: This work demands exact tolerances and an understanding of complex fluid dynamics and industrial piping systems.
The Impact: By fabricating in-house, we control the quality and deliver plug-and-play solutions that minimize downtime for our industrial clients.
Heavy Industrial Catwalks & Platforms
The Job: We design, fabricate, and install heavy-duty catwalks, decks, and pneumatic access platforms for massive manufacturing facilities.
The Standard: This requires precise field fitting, structural integrity, and strict compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations.
