Why Goff Welding
Serious industrial work needs people who care about craft, safety, communication, and doing right by the crew.
Take on sanitary stainless, industrial fabrication, pipe welding, installation, and repair work for operating facilities across Idaho and the West.
Projects move between detailed shop fabrication and coordinated field installation, giving experienced tradespeople meaningful variety.
Our customers depend on clean work, accurate fit-up, and equipment that holds up. Craftsmanship is visible here—and it matters.
We expect people to plan the work, communicate clearly, protect the crew, and respect every customer facility we enter.
The work
Our projects support food processing, dairy, agricultural, and industrial operations. The details change, but the standard does not.

In the shop
Build sanitary stainless systems, custom equipment, stairs, catwalks, platforms, piping, and industrial components in a 32,000 sq. ft. fabrication facility.

In the field
Install equipment, weld sanitary and utility piping, coordinate fit-up, and solve repair problems inside active customer facilities.
What we ask of you
We hire people we can trust with demanding work and inside a customer's operating facility. That trust starts with the basics.
